Abstract: The abstract will be used in the conference program for those proposals accepted for presentation. Try to convey the goals of the presentation and the intended audience, as the abstract is what participants will be using to determine their attendance. Please keep the length of the abstract to 300 words or less.
Description: Please describe, in 500 words or less, your proposal. This will be used by the reviewers in determining which proposals to include in the conference. It will also be used by the conference organizing committee in determining location so as to provide necessary equipment, so please be specific as to any multimedia needs (e.g. projector for Powerpoint presentation, stage for Pirates of Penzance, etc.)
